Annenberg PetSpace Kids Winter Camp is three days from 9;00 am to 2:00pm. Each day is full of fun for your animal-loving kiddos. This Winter Camp experience is designed for campers ages eight to eleven. Daily activities include exploring a variety of animal themed topics. Your camper will make the most out of our interactive environment with demonstrations, crafts, educational games, adoptable pets, and more.
The pets in our care come from Los Angeles City and County municipal shelters and are in various stages of being prepared for adoption, including learning to socialize with people and other animals. Therefore, we may not always be able to provide a hands-on interaction with PetSpace animals during your visit unless you are interested in adopting a pet.

- Pet Adoptions
Winter Camp Sessions:
- December 27-29, 9am-2pm
- January 3-5, 9am-2pm
Each child will receive:
- Winter Camp t-shirt
- PetSpace Button
- Craft supplies
- PetSpace stuffed animal

COVID-19 Guidelines for Annenberg PetSpace
The safety of all our guest and staff is our number one priority. Wallis Annenberg PetSpace follows the guidelines and protocols set by the Los Angeles Department of Public Health and has implemented additional safety rules and regulations for any guests participating in our programs. Please adhere to the following guidelines and processes outlined below:
Face masks are strongly recommended to be worn while indoors at the space.
Before coming to camp, parents should regularly check campers for following:
- Campers should be healthy
- Temperature is in normal range
- No cough or congestion
- There has been no recent contact with anyone that has a current confirmed positive COVID-19 test result.
Campers who test positive or show symptoms of any illness should not come to camp and stay home. We reserve the right to send campers home if they are showing signs of illness on a case-by-case basis.
We require vaccinations for all our staff and counselors.
All rules and policies are subject to change. We will communicate any updates when/ if any changes are made. Together we can do our part to keep each other safe and healthy. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the program date, a 100% refund will be given.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the Annenberg PetSpace Camp program date will receive a 50% refund, minus Eventbrite fees.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to camp@annenbergpetspace.org. Please include your name, the Camp date(s) you are asking to cancel, your confirmation number(s), your phone number, and your child’s name.
Wallis Annenberg PetSpace reserves the right to cancel any program. In the event that Wallis Annenberg PetSpace cancels a program, all program fees will be refunded.
